Leadership isn’t a title—it’s a way of being. That’s why we’ve created You as Leader, a powerful new peer coaching group designed for leaders who want to grow with clarity, authenticity, and impact.
In this interactive program, you’ll dive into the questions that matter most:
What does it mean to be a leader in today’s world?
How do you lead with your values, even when challenged?
What does authentic leadership look like for you?
How does your influence as a leader impact others and the organization?
What does it take to grow and inspire others?
Led by one of our experienced coaches, you will receive 1:1 coaching, participate in thought-provoking discussions, and gain the wisdom of your peers. You'll gain fresh insights into your own leadership identity—and the confidence to lead fearlessly.
If you have at least 1-2 years of experience in leadership and are ready to step into the next level of your leadership journey, You as Leader will give you the tools, the space, and the inspiration to do it.
Virtual groups meet every week on Tuesdays from 1:30-3pm CT / 2:30-4pm ET beginning on October 6th for 8 weeks through November 24th, 2025.
Note: Participants are expected to attend all sessions for their own development and the development and support of others.

How can you break this pattern and communicate with more clarity, confidence, and impact?
Strong communication is the foundation of influence. And our ability to influence shapes how we motivate others, strengthen relationships, and navigate our careers. In this group, your SHINE coach and peers will help you uncover the root causes of your communication challenges. You'll have the opportunity to experiment with new approaches—both in the session and in real-world situations—so you can refine your voice, enhance your presence, and get your message across effectively.
